KPW is looking for an enthusiastic full -time Kinesiologist (KIN) or Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) to join our experienced team. At Komoka Physiotherapy and Wellness our priority is to help each patient achieve their individual treatment goals. We offer physiotherapy to treat acute and chronic injuries, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), post-concussion treatment, laser therapy, custom orthotics, patient ready braces, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, custom bracing and Titleist performance institute golf training.

We provide client centered services, focusing on injury prevention, restoration, and rehabilitation and overall performance of our clients. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals include; Physiotherapy and Pedorthist.

In this position you will:

- Promote a climate of success and the highest level of service within the clinic.
- Ensure quality standards in the delivery of clients/patients care.
- Multitask clinical and administrative duties.
- Perform clinic administrative operational duties including reception, intake, scheduling, clinic maintenance and billing responsibilities.
- Provide and assist with client rehabilitation exercise programs.
- Provide relevant training/education to staff/employees /students/volunteers.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Kinesiology or Physiotherapy Assistant Diploma.
- Clinical experience in a private practice rehabilitation setting
- Experience and knowledge of exercise supervision, prescription, and education.
- Administration, correspondence and documents/charting experience.
- Reception and professional phone skills projecting a positive client experience.
- Billing experience with various clinic funders (private, third parties, MVA, WSIB, etc.) is a must.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, Clinic Management software (experience with Clinicmaster is an asset).
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks and provide efficient support to clinical/admin team.
- Demonstrate effective organizational, time management, and solutions-oriented problem solving skills.
