We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our team and support our growing business.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, review, and organize client documentation to meet lender requirements.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and updates.
- Prepare and submit mortgage documents through broker portals.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage broker platforms (e.g., Filogix, Velocity, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of mortgage products and lending policies is an asset.
