Sous la responsabilité du responsable des opérations d’entretiens, nous sommes à la recherche d’un homme de maintenance, motivé possédant un grand sens de l’organisation. Il s’agit d’un poste offrant beaucoup de flexibilité, d'autonomie et de défis.

**Responsabilités**:

- Effectuer les réparations dans les logements.
- Connaissance en entretiens d’immeuble, un atout.
- Savoir plâtrer et peinturer, un atout.
- Connaissance en plomberie.
- Connaissance dans la rénovation.

**Qualifications**
- Démontrer un bon souci d'autonomie, service à la clientèle, d’engagement et de capacité d’adaptation.
- Flexibilité, initiative et bonne organisation dans l'accomplissement des tâches.

Under the responsibility of the operations manager, we are looking for a motivated maintenance man with a great sense of organization. This is a position offering a lot of flexibility, autonomy, and challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out repairs in the accommodation.
- Knowledge of building maintenance, an asset.
- Know how to plaster and paint, an asset.
- Knowledge of plumbing.
- Knowledge in renovation.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate a good concern for autonomy, customer service, commitment, and adaptability.
- Flexibility, initiative, and good organization in the accomplishment of tasks.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
