Reporting to the Vice-President After-Sales Services, your mission will be to provide technical support during the start-up of our equipment on site.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform scheduled start-ups of HVAC systems as requested by suppliers
- Help with start-ups when necessary
- Act as technical support on construction sites when problems arise with installed systems
- Provide technical support by telephone during the start-up, operation, and maintenance of the systems
- Prepare and give technical training on products to our customers and our employees, on site or in the classroom
- Develop and provide technical training for customers and employees on products
- Carry out site visits during meetings scheduled for or by stakeholders
- Make follow-ups accompanied by technical reports

PROFIL SOUGHT
- DEP in building mechanics
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support
- Very good knowledge of heating systems (required)
- Valid driver’s license and passport with no travel restrictions required
- Bilingual, therefore excellent command of French and English (oral and written)

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Strong interest in building mechanics as a whole
- Curiosity and strong desire to learn
- Autonomy and resourcefulness

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Full time (weekdays)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Flexible schedule between 7 am and 5 pm
- Gym on site
