Toronto, Canada Civello Salon & Spa Full time

**Client Service**
- Pay particular attention to the areas of client service that you directly influence - greeting clients, performing Stress Relieving Rituals*, shampooing, offering location tours and offering clients a beverage.
- Provide a stress relieving ritual of choice such as hand massage, neck and shoulder massage or offering hot towels to every client every time.
- Introduce and make recommendations to client services, as well as current promotions as they arise.
- Take initiative to offer assistance to anyone who enters in the location.
- Know pricing of services both related and unrelated to your area in order to cross promote.
- Know names, uses, benefits and costs of all retail products offered at Civello.
- Prepare for the operator you are assisting by checking appointment schedule to anticipate client arrival and client needs and updating client profiles with personal notes and/or colour formulas in VISH.
- Provide thorough a consultation and needs analysis for every client.
- Support the retail team as needed and when there is availability in your schedule.

**Maintenance**
- Check all back bar and floor supplies, making a list of what is needed.
- Washing all floor product nozzles under hot water every morning.
- Maintain equipment and workstations at the end of each day, as well as assisting in the cleanliness and sanitation of the salon.
- Provide assistance with cleaning schedules, towels, gowns and staff room.

**Personnel Management**
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance and support to the all staff.
- Participate in regular review and goal setting sessions with your Location Manager.
- Work with mentor to identify and achieve desired professional goals.
- Ensure time clock is correct before end of each pay period.

**Asset Protection**
- Consistently be aware of product usage so as to minimize product waste.

**Education**
- Obtain education and acquire skills to become a fully qualified Civello service provider.
- Attend all educational classes and provide models when required.
- Progress and complete all steps of Associate training according to the Young Talent Salon and Young Talent Academy programs.
- Train in shampoo technique, Stress Relieving Ritual, Hot Towel treatment and Hand Massage, as well as hairstyling.
- Train in foundational, intermediate and advanced cutting techniques and updo’s, according to the Civello educational standards.
- Train in foundational, intermediate and advanced colour techniques and formulations.
- Train in foundational texture services.
- Attend and participate in weekly Civello Education and Academy Training.
- Continually upgrade abilities through education and training, as well as by attending shows, seminars, and advanced classes.
- Attend and participate at all staff meetings, workshops, company events and product knowledge classes.
- Make your work experience an educational experience by working with a Civello service provider or mentor, observe and ask questions regarding all aspects of the service.

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour
