**The Role**:
We're looking for a Thrift Store Manager who doesn't just see this as a job, but as a calling to make a real difference. Your leadership at our Thrift & Fund store in Port Coquitlam, opening April 20, 2024, will be instrumental in turning our mission into action. This role is about more than managing operations; it's about embodying our core values and inspiring our Thrift & Fund team to do the same. It’s a chance to lead a movement, to champion sustainability and generosity through every donation, every sale and every interaction.
**Your Impact**:
- Operational Excellence: Lead our store with a spirit of service, ensuring every aspect of the day-to-day adds value to our community. From opening to closing, handling donations to merchandising, your touch will make our space a welcoming place for all.
