Skid Steer Operator

Looking for a skid steer operator with years of grading experience. Fine grades especially. We have good equipment and support. Duties would include loading and unloading machine from trailer, securing and transporting to next jobs. Working duties include digging, removal of old asphalt and loading, filling digs with granular, loading and unloading of both fill and asphalt from dump trucks and grading (of course). We will pay based on skill level so no set payscale per se. We work weekdays only and get almost every Friday off early. Work hard but not crazy (approx. 45hrs/week avg.)

**Salary**: $23.00-$100.00 per hour
