**Job Overview**
The Principal serves as the educational leader and chief administrator of the school, responsible for ensuring a high-quality learning environment for all students. This role involves overseeing academic programs, managing staff, and fostering a positive school culture. The Principal will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the community to promote student achievement and well-being.

**Duties**
- Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that align with state standards and meet the needs of all students.
- Manage the school budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support educational goals.
- Provide leadership and support to faculty and staff through professional development opportunities and performance evaluations.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment that encourages student engagement and success.
- Collaborate with parents, community members, and stakeholders to build partnerships that enhance the educational experience.
- Monitor student progress through data analysis and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding education policies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in educational leadership or administration is preferred.
- Strong skills in budgeting and financial management to effectively oversee school resources.
- Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate staff towards achieving common goals.
