**Duties**

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**
- 1. Master’s degree (applicants with a bachelor’s degree must be enrolled and actively participating in a Master’s program; completion within three years is a condition of employment) with at least one degree, either graduate or undergraduate in nursing.
2. Eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
3. Minimum of two years recent and relevant experience as a registered nurse.
4. Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
6. Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
7. Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
9. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
