**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Manager to join our team. As a Landscape Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and showcase your leadership and construction expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with management, estimating, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones

**Skills**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and construction techniques
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Proficiency in building structures such as gardens, irrigation systems, etc.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

**Salary**: $31.48-$40.58 per hour

**Experience**:

- Landscape Construction: 4 years (preferred)
