Pediatrician

**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Conduct thorough physical examinations on pediatric patients
- Diagnose and treat illnesses specific to children
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses
- Coordinate with specialists for further evaluation and treatment
- Provide guidance on nutrition, safety, and overall well-being of pediatric patients
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records using electronic health record systems like Epic or Cerner
- Perform data collection for research purposes in the field of pediatrics
- Offer home care instructions to parents or caregivers

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics
- Board certification in Pediatrics
- Experience in medical office or hospital settings
- Proficiency in acute care and medication administration for pediatric patients
- Strong focus on patient care and empathy
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner

Pay: $111,733.39-$370,998.32 per year
