*Overview*

We are seeking dedicated, full time Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction/cladding projects and ensuring the smooth operation of job sites.

*Duties*
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction site
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed

*Skills*
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of construction processes is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job, punctual
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

*Location*
- Must be able to work out of town as required

*Safety Requirements*
- Steel toe boots required, not provided

*Must be legally allowed to work in Canada

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
