**About Kido Bebe.**

Kido Bebe is a specialist baby store offering parents a large selection of quality baby products, gear and furniture. We are currently looking for a ambition, enthusiastic member to join our team and manage our store in Montreal (Ville Saint-Laurent)

The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, demonstrating exceptional knowledge in the products and providing outstanding customer service over the phone. In addition, they need to know how to work with a Point of Sale (POS) system and Shopify

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting, acknowledging and re-approaching every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service;
- Keeping informed on the most current promotions and advertisements;
- Processing cash/credit/debit purchases at register using a Point of Sale (POS) system;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager.

Job Requirements

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Fluent in English and French
- Outgoing and able to communicate with associates and customers
- Friendly disposition and positive attitude

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’une personne jeune et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe et s’occuper de la gestion de notre magasin à Montréal.

**Description du poste proposé**:
Le conseiller, la conseillère aux ventes est responsable de la promotion et de la vente de nos produits, tout en respectant les besoins de nos clients et en leur fournissant un service hors pair. En outre, ils, elles doivent savoir gérer un point de vente (POS), commercialiser la salle d'exposition et s’assurer de la propreté et de la bonne tenue du magasin.

**Autres responsabilités demandées**:

- Veiller à ce que chaque client reçoive un service exceptionnel dans un environnement chaleureux et convivial qui comprend l’accueil, la reconnaissance et le rapprochement de chaque client, le maintien d’une solide connaissance des produits et de tous les autres aspects du service à la clientèle
- Se tenir au courant des dernières promotions et annonces
- Aider à la commercialisation, à l’affichage et à la bonne tenue de la propreté du magasin
- Faire le suivi des stocks ainsi que le réapprovisionnement des marchandises et le traitement des expéditions
- Diriger les clients dans la localisation de la marchandise
- Traiter les achats en espèces / crédit / débit au registre en utilisant un système de point de vente (POS)
- Toutes autres tâches assignées par le gérant ou l’assistant gérant

**Qualifications Recherchées**:

- 1 an d'expérience dans la vente au détail ou le service à la clientèle
- Excellentes capacités de service à la clientèle
- Français et Anglais courants
- Personne ouverte et capable de communiquer avec les associés et les clients
- Disposition amicale et attitude positive

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
