_Ideally we are looking for someone who has been in the pet industry in some capacity and is eager to learn new skills over time and slowly work their way up in the company; to be an integral part of our team._

We expect you to be able to display and maintain good personal hygiene, have a strong sense of time management and organization abilities, and are able to stay focused on the task at hand during occasional busy periods.

The main duties include bathing, blow drying and general cleaning/sanitizing and upkeep of the salon. Over time we can incorporate brushing + combing, de-shedding, cutting and filing nails, ear plucking and cleaning, and maintaining our records on each client.

There would be some light reception duties included occasionally, mostly if it gets particularly busy at times.

Paid weekly. Paid 30 minute lunch break each shift.

**REQUIRED: Basic knowledge of popular dog breeds.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: $14.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift
