Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems and Digital team in Canada. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as ActiveVOS Expert.

**Your main responsibilities**:
Lead the design and implementation of business processes using ActiveVOS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using ActiveVOS capabilities
Provide expert-level support for ActiveVOS-related issues, including debugging, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ActiveVOS configurations, workflows, and integrations

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as an ActiveVOS Expert with a track record of successful implementations
Strong knowledge of BPM concepts and methodologies
Proficiency in designing and implementing complex workflows using ActiveVOS
Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Solid understanding of integration principles and experience with integrating ActiveVOS with other systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
