The Utilization Coordinator is integral in everyday working of the Utilization team. The goal of the coordinator is to understand the work inside and out, while finding where their passion lies within the larger Utilization team.

**As a Utilization Coordinator your responsibilities will include**:

- Daily scheduling for colleagues in our systems, which includes, maintaining tracker data, monitoring resource request on the schedule board, and ensuring the integrity of files as they flow through the scheduling board ensuring the proper order and process has been followed.
- Prep and pull some reports by request of more senior members from any of our systems.
- Support in the hosting of weekly scheduling meetings with business units you become familiar with. Working up to hosting.
- Support newly hired colleagues on resource management expectations and how to best utilize the resource managing team as a resource.

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent (ideally in business or commerce or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 1+ years working experience in an office environment, ideally in professional services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint & Teams)
- Organized, eye for detail, quick study, curiosity to learn, high integrity in work quality
