As a Level 1 Support Technician, you will represent the quality service that KeepConnected is known by providing exceptional customer service and technical support to members of our community. Being a hybrid of both 80% on-site and 20% remote, you will work from home and travel to client locations within the Ottawa area to troubleshoot computers, laptops, tablets and various technology devices.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Valid class G driving license with access to own vehicle
- Entry-Level applicants welcome
- Basic knowledge and keen interest related to diagnosing technical issues in Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to listen and communicate effectively to train and teach clients
- Along with a team of skilled technicians behind you, you can also problem solve and de-escalate issues with ease
- You can independently assess situations, use your judgement and make sound decisions
- You are an outgoing, people person with a passion for technology and continuous learning

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
