**The Role You’ll Play**

**Your Core Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Develop users stories and requirements for marketing related stories and those stories assigned to other teams
- Manage the scrum process in terms of sprints, scrums, deployments and retrospectives
- Work with team to assign story points
- Manage back log and groom stories with stakeholders as they occur
- Coach scrum teams in agile methodology and ensure team(s) adhere to established processes.
- Manage interdependencies between teams, including documenting, coordinating, and managing cross-team dependencies to keep projects on track
- Proactively address systemic impediments to team agility and guide the team(s) on methods to escalate when needed, preventing challenges from becoming blockers.
- Collaborate with the product owner/project leadership to ensure each sprint is successful in delivering what was committed to and value to the customers.

**You’ll Bring These Attributes to the Table**:

- 2+ years of experience managing multiple scrums
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, & Asana
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at collaborating with other teams to execute planned programs that deliver results
- Highly organized, skilled at project management
