*Job Summary*

*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement engaging dance lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Teach various dance styles, ensuring proper techniques and safety measures are followed.
- Create a positive and encouraging classroom environment that nurtures student growth and confidence.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Organize and participate in recitals, performances, and other events to showcase student achievements.
- Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive curriculum that aligns with the studio's mission.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and class activities.

*Experience*
- Previous experience in teaching dance or related activities is preferred.
- Background in early childhood education or experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Skills in tutoring or classroom management will be beneficial in creating an effective learning environment.
- A passion for dance combined with the ability to educate and inspire young learners is essential.
