Our team is looking for condominium administrator to join our condominium management team. In this role you will support administration and resident/owner relations within the condominium environment.

Compensation: ~$55,000 per year plus performance-related bonus and health benefits

**What you’ll be doing**
- Provide Status Certificates Request forms to owners
- Respond to emergency situations in timely manner
- Keep track of insurance certificate requests
- Maintain insurance records books for both vendors and unit owners
- Request all office supplies and equipment, following established purchasing procedures
- Prepare move-in packages for re-sale and rentals. Create files, compile and coordinate all necessary information and documentation for new owners/leases
- Enroll in CMRAO courses and work towards a General License (if needed)
- Records Management for day-to-day operations - owner, tenants (exiting and incoming), renters, third-parties, short-term rentals; capture new record, secure supporting documentation, enter information into database, file records digitally into unit files and physically in unit folders
- Receive and maintain vendor contracts and alerts for expiring contracts
- Communicate contract maintenance schedule to Maintenance Coordinator for scheduling.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a proven ability to resolve disputes with professionalism and de-escalation.
- Experience in condominium management is an asset
- Enrollment as an OLCM limited licensee is an asset

**How you’ll work**
- We are an on-site first workplace because we believe the best way for our team to understand resident experience is by spending as much time in the building as possible. Though you would spend most of your time at various places throughout the condominium, you would have a space at well-appointed offices in the condominium (near downtown Toronto core) and be on-site five days per week.
- Your colleagues will include condominium management staff; you will work closely with them particularly on matters that affect residents directly, as well as amenities and projects.
