**Analyst Financier**

Notre client, Brivia Group, est à la recherche d'un analyste financier soucieux du détail et doté d'excellentes compétences en matière de présentation pour se joindre à son équipe. Fondé à Montréal en 2000, le Groupe Brivia est un groupe canadien de développement et d'investissement immobilier qui possède un portfolio en croissance de projets résidentiels et à usage mixte dans la région.

**Poste**:
Nous recherchons actuellement un **analyste financier** pour rejoindre notre **équipe financière**. Ce rôle offrira un **large éventail de soutien** à l’équipe financière et permettra d’avoir une ligne de vue directe avec le Chef des Finances (CFO). L'analyste aidera à la **collecte et à l'analyse des données financières**, à la communication avec les partenaires financiers (fonds propres et dettes), et à la mise à jour des pro-formas financiers pour tous les projets une fois qu’ils auront atteint la phase de construction.

**Responsabilités**:

- Assister dans la **collecte d'informations et les procédures** liées à la création, la mise à jour et le suivi des projections de flux de trésorerie mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles conformément au budget du projet et aux pro-formas en coordination avec les équipes de pré-développement et de construction;
- Aider l’équipe financière à **mettre à jour de manière continue les pro-formas** des projets en cours afin de faciliter l'intégration comptable et les rapports formels aux parties prenantes;
- Aider à la **préparation de diverses analyses financières** pour les prêteurs et les investisseurs en fonds propres lors de la mise en place du financement de chaque projet et de la recherche des besoins en fonds propres, ainsi que des mises à jour pendant la phase de construction du projet;
- **Maintenir et mettre à jour** les informations financières concernant:

- Le financement;
- Les partenaires en fonds propres;
- L’assurance.
- Assurer un **suivi régulier sur la** **récupération des salaires** et la facturation de tous les projets conformément aux directives approuvées;
- Offrir une assistance ponctuelle dans la **mise à jour et la préparation des informations financières** et des états financiers;
- Offrir une assistance ponctuelle au contrôleur corporatif dans la **préparation des audits et des engagements de revue**;
- Aider à **d'autres analyses financières** sur une base ponctuelle, selon les demandes du Chef des Finances;
- **Collaborer** avec l'équipe pour aider à d'autres projets**;**:

- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diplôme de baccalauréat** en comptabilité, finance, économie, ou dans un domaine connexe;
- **CPA designation**, an asset (CFA Level I or II will also be considered);
- Minimum d'un **(2-3) an** d'expérience dans un rôle en comptabilité ou finance;
- Expérience en **construction immobilière et/ou développement**, un atout;
- Connaissance **avancée** de Microsoft Excel**;**:

- **Excellente** maîtrise des autres logiciels de la **suite Office** (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Excellentes compétences en communication en **français et en anglais**;
- **Esprit entrepreneurial** et désir**d'innover;**:

- **Sens du détail** dans tous les aspects de son travail**;**:

- Bonnes compétences en **organisation**, **gestion du temps** et **des priorités**;
- À l'aise dans un **environnement de travail rapide**;
- Esprit d'équipe et **capacité à communiquer efficacement** avec des personnes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation;
