Catalyst Mechanical Inc. provides plumbing and heating services for new construction and renovations in the central Vancouver Island area (Parksville to Ladysmith).

**Job description**
- Plumbing, gas, radiant heating for residential and light commercial.
- We offer competitive rates with room for advancement.

**Requirements and preferred skills**:

- Residential plumbing and gas fitting experience is an asset, however we are willing to train the right person.
- Must have a vehicle, a class 5 license, and be able to get to and from jobs in all weather conditions.
- Must have all tools necessary to complete the work or be willing to acquire them.
- Must have own PPE - steel toe boots, hard hat, high vis vest.
- Must be in good shape and capable or working a full day in physically demanding jobs such as digging. This is a regular part of the job.
- Must be capable of working in tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces).
- Must be able to work overtime if required,
- Must be knowledgeable of current plumbing and gas codes,
- Able to read and interpret blue prints and drawings,
- Able to work independently or as a team,
- Able to work and plan ahead with other trades and clients,
- Commitment to excellent work quality.

**Salary**: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
