Make an impact with our Enterprise Risk - Internal Audit & Controls team as an Analyst. This diverse team utilizes leading-edge industry knowledge to assist clients to establish an effective system of internal controls that mitigate organizational wide risks and optimize operations to drive enterprise value.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the delivery of enterprise risk services engagements such as client risk assessments, planning materials, conducting internal audits and control testing, compliance programs, developing and reviewing policies and frameworks across a range of industries.
- Assist with the development of project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders.
- Participate in walkthroughs and control testing; document, assess, recommend and implement improvements to processes and control frameworks.
- Provide project expertise through client interactions, research and analysis, reports, management presentations, proposals and other high-quality deliverables.
- Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and that relationships grow and develop.
- Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
- Work collaboratively with the client engagement team and demonstrate client account management skills.
- Maintain strong organization and coordination skills.
- Display strong written communication skills to assist in report writing and responding to client requests.
- Has strong communication skills and can support interacting with clients.
- Be proactive in self learning and help foster and team environment.
- Ability to demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate basic understanding of our business.
- High attention to detail and focus on editorial and formatting skills.
- Depth of experience and high proficiency with Microsoft products.
- Great at keeping up with WIP management and billing practices.
- Proficient in issue management and resolution related to meeting client deliverables and deadlines.
- Able to display critical thinking.
- Assistance with team wide timesheet tracking and management.
- Proactive in setting up client meetings/check-ins and overseeing project milestone reporting.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or another related field.
- Completion of or working towards project management related designations or certifications (e.g., PMP).
- Risk management or performance improvement experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of industry standards, best practices and risk management frameworks is considered an asset.
