Chiropodist

Proactive Health & Performance (PHP) is now seeking a **Chiropodist** to join our growing team Our team currently consists of Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy and TCM Acupuncture, with a strong client base ready to be treated.

PHP Clinic works closely with the Medical Doctors and other professionals in the area to ensure increased referrals. PHP Clinic sees a range of patients from Extended Health Benefits, MVA, WSIB, to private pay patients.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of an accredited Podiatry/ Chiropody school (D.Ch, D.Pod.M; D.P.M)
- Presently registered and in good standing with an accredited college
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Assessment and treatment of foot conditions; including but not limited to, diabetic foot care, nail care, wound care, heel pain/spurs.
- designing and implementing and individualized chiropody treatment plan
- Biomechanical/GAIT assessments, Custom orthotic casting and dispensing
- Measuring for and dispensing compression stockings
- Uphold cleanliness of treatment room
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records, assessment notes and required correspondence
