We are looking to expand our Vancouver team by adding a Permit Coordinator/Project Administrator who can organize, facilitate and manage the flow of information through the Building Permit and Occupancy permit phases of our projects.

As a Permit Coordinator/Project Administrator you will work closely with the LMDG Technical team to provide administrative support for our projects during the:

- Building Permit (BP) process,
- contract administration stage, and
- Occupancy Permit (OP) stage.

**Core Responsibilities**
- File and track field reviews, shop drawings and Requests for Information (RFI’s)
- Develop and maintain tracking systems, spreadsheets and templates used for the management of BP and OP information.
- Organize incoming documents, including original drawings, schedules, certificates and reports.
- Assist with documentation during project closeouts.
- Identify project set up process improvements and advocate for them as appropriate.
- Monitor the implementation of and support the audit of standard operating procedures and the QMS.
- Act as part of the Office Administration Team and provide back-up support where needed.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Diploma of Technology or a Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent education and experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint experience a plus)
- Experience with municipal building approval processes beneficial
- Experience engaging with project teams throughout all stages of design and construction beneficial
- Experience in developing and enhancing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, client-relations skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, driven by a desire deliver quality services
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity
