**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the project's engagement activities and platforms. The UX Lead will drive the design and execution of user-centric solutions that enhance employer and other stakeholder involvement, promote information exchange, and support the overall success of the National Feedback Channels Project. In this role, you'll not just design - you'll be the driving force behind engagement, collaboration, and actionable insights. **Reports to**: Senior Manager, Employer Networks and National Engagement

**Salary**: $65K per annum plus a competitive benefits package

**Location**: Vancouver, BC

**Key Responsibilities**

**User Experience Design**:

- Take the lead in crafting immersive user experiences for a range of engagement activities, from dynamic feedback forums to enriching learning resources and compelling communication campaigns.
- Dive deep into user research to unveil the unique needs, preferences, and pain points of employers and stakeholders, empowering you to create tailored solutions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, transforming user insights into revolutionary and user-friendly design concepts.

**Engagement Platform Design**:

- Paint the picture of engagement through user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that breathe life into engagement activities, robust data collection, and effective communication strategies.
- Champion seamless navigation and user flows that create a canvas for stakeholders to interact effortlessly, ensuring seamless information exchange.

**Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Craft the digital landscapes for virtual and hybrid discussion forums, fostering knowledge exchange and mutual support among participants.
- Seamlessly weave features that capture feedback, extract insights, and provide comprehensive reports to involved partners and funders.

**Data Collection and Reporting**:

- Shape the architecture for effortless data collection, making ongoing research and evaluation a breeze while maintaining precision.
- Collaborate with data analysts to transform raw data into compelling visualizations and reports, presenting insights in a format that sparks action.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing user experiences for complex projects involving stakeholder engagement and data collection. Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering user-centered design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
- Knowledge of user research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for user experience, continuous learning, and creating meaningful solutions.
