**Position Description**:
**Here’s What You’ll Get To Do**:

- Daily assessment of stock and special request inventory and preparation of electronic requisitions for removal from inventory and subsequent re-ordering as required.
- Maintains a database of all major equipment and collaborates with Bio Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure ongoing, accurate documentation of dates of purchase, anticipated end of life and associated service contracts.
- Responsible for receiving and confirming special request items; also responsible for the stocking of special request items, as necessary.
- Works with Bio Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality leader and clinical manager to review inventory trends, as well as equipment-related reports; collaborates with team members to address identified opportunities for improvement.
- Provides updates at operational leadership meetings regarding equipment management.
- Supports the development of recommendations for consideration during capital equipment procurement cycles.
- Advises operational leadership of backorders, low level of stock, top-up status and other inventory/equipment related-issues.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- College Diploma or equivalent experience
- Several years experience working as an equipment/inventory coordinator preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
- Adaptability, punctuality, reliability, and commitment

**Employment Type**:Full Time (1.00FTE)
