**Summary**

This position is responsible for many physical tasks that need to be performed at the dealership.

**The Details**

Main areas of responsibility are as follows:

- organizing of seasonal tire changeovers.
- cleaning of shop floors.
- emptying garbage/recycling bins as required.
- snow shoveling/clean up.
- other tasks as assigned.

**Other Skills/Requirements**

In performing the position duties and responsibilities, the incumbent will be required to have the following skills/attributes:

- Ability to learn and follow processes.
- Must have a strong work ethic and be punctual and reliable.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Willingness and ability to work outside in all-weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Able to demonstrate quality work and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts, including Saturdays, as scheduled.
- Must be able to lift 35 kilograms (75 lbs.)

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma.
