2. Participate in style setting, conceptualizing original painting, quality review, unify style, integrate game resources, etc.;
3. Cooperate with the project team to do a good job in 3D artwork, track the utilization of project resources and the performance of personnel in the project;
4. Responsible for communication with various departments, formulate art work plans, and ensure project progress;
5. Responsible for the improvement of the technical ability, daily work arrangements, and quality control.

**Job requirements**

1. More than 5 years of artwork experience in the game industry, as the main creator, or at least participated in the development of 1+ complete **3D European **or** Disney-themed project**, and more than 1 year of work experience as a lead game Artist;
2. Solid painting foundation, international vision and an excellent design ability, artistic creativity, and aesthetic ability;
3. Be able to grasp the R&D design style and have a high standard for what you produce;
4. Understand the game industry, be able to understand the status/role of artwork in game development, understand working methods of planning, programming in a platform art department, able to coordinate project development with various other positions;
5. Proficient in English as a working language.
