**Purpose**:
The primary objective of this position is to keep the business safe by conducting ongoing supervisory activities for the National Supervision department.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
In this role you will:

- Assist with supervision of Advisors for branches in accordance with industry regulations and firm policies and procedures
- Conduct supervision review for potential issues & conduct necessary follow-up inquiries and reviews
- Manage the quality and efficiency of branch operations by answering questions surrounding company products and services
- Communicate new policies and procedures to the branch’s support staff and Advisors & also to other departments such as Head Office

**DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS**
We would love to work with you if you have:

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the financial services industry
- Related university degree or experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Canadian Securities Course/Conduct Practices Handbook courses considered an asset
- Fluently bilingual in French or Spanish is an asset
