Cardinal Health, with over 1300 employees in Canada, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

We are looking for positive and team-oriented individual to join our Dorval distribution center. Join our Inventory team and make an impact supporting inventory control requirements for the Eastern Region Inventory Control team. As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will be the liaison between external and internal customers by resolving inventory and product issues.

**_ Your Contributions to the Organization will be_**:

- Generating daily reports to analyze reconciliation concerns in warehouse management systems
- Creating and managing reports and databases for data mining using applicable systems as well as validate master files with branch records
- Maintaining the profiling of products in the facility
- Resolving customer orders that may have shipping, inventory, or missing product information
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure that all PO's are being entered and coming into the warehouse correctly
- Investigate any open PO's that are overdue
- Performing inventory investigations, product change reconciliations, stock outs and branch/product service level investigations as required
- Helping prepare paperwork for product returns to the vendors (wrong item shipped, excess quantity)
- Supporting and participating in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Following and promoting company values and behaviors

- You’re fluent in French and English, written and oral
- You have 3 years of experience within inventory
- You possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- You’ve proven multi-tasking and meeting challenging deadlines
- You’re motivated to learning new software, and posses intermediate to advance Excel knowledge
- You’re self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- You’ve worked with ERP (SAP) and WMS

En tant qu’analyste, Contrôle des stocks, vous assurerez la liaison entre les clients externes et internes pour résoudre les enjeux liés aux stocks et aux produits.

**_ Votre contribution à l’organisation sera _**:

- Produire des rapports quotidiens pour analyser les problèmes de rapprochement dans le système de gestion des entrepôts;
- Créer et gérer des rapports et des bases de données relativement à l’exploration de données à l’aide des systèmes qui s’appliquent et valider les fichiers maîtres au moyen des dossiers de la succursale;
- Maintenir le profil des produits de l’établissement;
- Résoudre les problèmes liés aux commandes de clients (p. ex., renseignements manquants sur l’expédition, les stocks ou les produits);
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Chaîne d’approvisionnement pour s’assurer que les bons de commande sont entrés correctement et que les produits arrivent bien dans l’entrepôt;
- Enquêter sur tout retard de livraison;
- Effectuer des rapprochements de produits en cas de changement et des enquêtes sur les stocks, les ruptures de stock et le niveau de service de la succursale ou du produit, le cas échéant;
- Participer à la préparation des documents liés au retour de produits aux fournisseurs (mauvais article expédié, quantité excédentaire);
- Participer aux projets et aux initiatives d’amélioration continue;
- Adopter et promouvoir les valeurs et les comportements de l’entreprise.

- Vous maîtrisez bien le français et l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit;
- Vous avez trois ans d’expérience dans le domaine des stocks;
