We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Busser/Server Assistant to join our restaurant team. As a Busser/Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, assisting the waitstaff, and ensuring smooth operations during service. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Set up and prepare the dining area before service, including arranging tables, chairs, and place settings according to the restaurant's standards.

Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals, removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware efficiently and discreetly.

Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and condiments, ensuring they are properly arranged and presentable for the next guests.

Assist the waitstaff in delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Refill water glasses, breadbaskets, and other necessary items during the meal, responding to guests' requests promptly and courteously.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area, including clearing debris, wiping down tables, and sweeping or vacuuming the floor as needed.

Empty trash and bus stations regularly, keeping the work areas clean and free from clutter.

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service, communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions to the appropriate team members.

Assist in restocking supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils, to ensure they are readily available for the waitstaff.

Support the waitstaff in providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guests' needs and concerns.

Collaborate with other restaurant staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to ensure a clean and safe dining experience for guests.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a busser or server assistant is preferred, but not required.

Strong work ethic with the ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy trays or moving tables and chairs.

Excellent attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members.

Professional and courteous demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant's operating hours.

Knowledge of basic food and beverage service procedures is a plus.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
