Prouse Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Receptionist. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced automotive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the dealership or service center.
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collect and record customer information accurately to ensure smooth service transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of service appointments.
- Process payments for service transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing appointment schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with their experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic understanding of vehicle service procedures is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6B 0B8: Relocate before starting work (required)
