**PLANNING - MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR**
**(1 PERMANENT POSITION)**

**Service: Surface operations and maintenance**
**Location: Raglan Mine Site**
**Reference number: REQ24-047**

Reporting to the Superintendent - Maintenance, you will be responsible for managing maintenance operations on mining equipment and equipment in the surface services sector. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Supervise and support the planning team of planners, schedulers, clerks and advisors by promoting compliance with Raglan Mine health and safety standards and policies.
- Act as a positive leader within the team and ensure team spirit.
- Ensure compliance with preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance according to Mine Raglan standards and rules.
- Ensure optimal equipment availability.
- Plan and manage major shutdowns.
- Manage the commissioning of new equipment and the demobilization of equipment from the mine site.
- Participate in strategic planning for the development of the mine-maintenance sector and establish the means to achieve this, considering all other departments.
- Ensure that equipment maintenance is carried out according to schedule.
- Establish annual forecasts for maintenance work and determine the human and material resources required to achieve the production plan.
- Collaborate in drawing up, checking, and monitoring the budget.

Your profile:

- College diploma in industrial maintenance mechanics combined with ten (10) years' experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Functional knowledge of French and English.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and SAP software (asset).

- Work shifts of 11 hours per day.
- Rotation schedule of 2/2: equivalent to 2 consecutive weeks of work followed by 2 weeks of leave.
- Private air transport is provided from Montreal, Quebec, Rouyn-Noranda, Mont-Joli or Inuit communities (depending on place of residence) to the mine site and return.
