**Job Description**:
Sous l’autorité immédiate du directeur adjoint, le titulaire rassemble les données nécessaires à l'étude des risques, en fait l'analyse en vue de les accepter, refuser ou modifier. Il établit les taux en fonction des risques à couvrir selon les normes et procédures. Il traite des dossiers correspondant à son expertise.

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes
- Répondre aux demandes des courtiers sur la qualité des risques soumis en faisant les enquêtes appropriées, dans le but d’accepter ou de refuser un risque ou d’imposer des conditions particulières.
- Donner et expliquer aux courtiers les raisons de l’acceptation ou le refus de certaines demandes afin qu’ils puissent donner l’information exacte aux clients.
- Négocier avec les courtiers la tarification de risques tout en étant conscient que les décisions prises ont un impact sur la rentabilité de l’entreprise et sur le développement des relations avec les courtiers.
- Développer les relations d’affaires avec les courtiers en se basant sur des solutions gagnantes et adaptées pour ceux-ci, un excellent service et des contacts fréquents avec eux.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des procédures en apportant des suggestions.
- Obtenir les différents rapports nécessaires à une bonne souscription (rapports financiers), en faire l'analyse et prendre les mesures appropriées.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration et favoriser le travail d’équipe. Faire preuve de responsabilisation dans l’atteinte des objectifs fixés.
- S’investir activement dans son travail en faisant preuve d’autonomie tout en adoptant un comportement cohérent afin de respecter ses engagements.
- Faire preuve d’ouverture en assumant la responsabilité de ses actions et de ses décisions.

Vos talents et qualifications
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en assurances et services financiers
- Minimum de 3 années d’expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance des entreprises - biens et responsabilité.
- Titre Professionnel d’assurance agréé (P.A.A.), ou être en voie de l’obtenir, est considéré comme un atout.
