**Job Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following**:

- Greeting patients in person, by telephone, or online
- Registering patients on eVisionCare and assisting patients choose eyewear
- Pre-screening patients and other auxiliary tests
- Facilitate patient referrals to other health care professionals
- Assist in ordering spectacle and contact lenses and ensuring orders are completed in a timely manner
- Processing insurance and sales and ensuring the office is billed properly for orders and proper credits are issued

**Qualifications**
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work and learn in a fast paced environment
- Works well in a team environment
- Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: teamwork, oral and written communication, critical thinking and customer service._

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$19.00 per hour
