Building Caretaker

**Loyalist Country Club is hiring a Caretaker to help maintain our facilities. This position will begin ASAP.**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance activities, such as painting, cleaning, and sweeping.
- Assist in moving supplies and equipment from one location to another.
- Assist in stocking supply rooms and other areas as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility.
- Maintain the appearance of the building by performing light cleaning on surfaces, floors, and windows on a regular basis.
- Transport trash to appropriate locations.
- Ensure that all required documents are completed and that proper paperwork is completed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager to ensure the continued operation of the facility in a safe manner.

**Experience and Skills**
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to follow directions from supervisors and coworkers.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
