Overview:
The RV Detailer/Cleaner performs general detailing and cleaning activities for new and used recreational vehicles in order to improve and/or maintain their appearance prior to customer delivery.

Reports to: Service Manager

Compensation: $21.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service.
- Detail new and used customer units prior to customer pick up.
- Clean, maintain and organize sales lot inventory.
- Light janitorial duties to keep the facility clean and in good working order.
- Recondition and paint/ fabric protecting used inventory.
- Assist the Sales and Service departments by cleaning and preparing customer units and detailing them to make them better than new.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- Passion for cleaning and able to take initiative.
- An eye for the details.
- Consider the safety of others in situations where there is a risk of harm.
- Communicate with co-workers and customers.
- Follow company rules and procedures for collecting and scanning tickets.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and vacuuming.
- Previous detail experience & RV knowledge would be considered assets.
- Operate a forklift or other heavy machinery will be considered an asset.
- Positive attitude who enjoys dealing with the public, and who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.
