We have an exciting opportunity to join our production team as a Production Leader, based out of our Revelstoke office.

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Leader to join our team. The Production Lead will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met, as well as operate machines and be part of the production process, mainly in sewing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the seasonal production team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Focusing on sewing processes, operating different types of industrial sewing machines.
- Perform other production processes as required (cutting, cabling, packing), mainly in low season.
- Quality control, labeling and shipping.
- Train and onboard new employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement and enforce company policies/procedures/safety standards coordinated with the production manager.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Other functions required by the production manager.

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to set priorities multi-task with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventory.
- Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, reports, and other administrative duties.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift loads (+12 lbs) and drags (+32 lbs).
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out required duties.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety practices in a production environment.
- Basic knowledge in the use of operations software and google suit is an asset.

**Experience**:

- Production/Operations: 1 year (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
