**Your responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**:
Analyzes marketing and promotional needs, and designs and implements marketing communications strategies that support organizational objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Drafts marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and internal communications
- Designs and uses appropriate photographic or video equipment to record events, training programs and podcasts
- Reviews and edits messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and seek to preserve the company's image
- Suggests ways of tailoring messages and delivery channels based on the targeted audience
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages
- Establishes and maintains corporate identity, design standards, and policies across all business areas
- Directs vendors to ensure compliance with brand standards
- Collects data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns
- May influence others at all levels of the company through explanation of facts, policies, and practices

**Qualifications**

Years of Experience

Minimum of 7 years experience gained from technical learning or on the job.

Proficient in marketing and communication elements including traditional and digital marketing such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Social Media and market research methods.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Knowledge of photographic and reproduction techniques, equipment, and processes
- Knowledge of printing, design, layout, production processes, systems, and tools
- Advanced computer skills including MS office and marketing software
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Time management, multi-tasking, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Persuasive communication, interpersonal skills and creativity
- Ability to influence others at all levels of the organization
