CBRE’s Ottawa office is currently looking for an outgoing, driven, team player to join its growing Debt and Structured Finance (DSF) Team. As a leading provider of land, commercial and multifamily financing, the team combines robust lender relationships, industry-leading deal volume and a strong platform to deliver innovative options for any mortgage financing requirement.
**About You**
- Underwriting, including financial statement analysis
- Obtaining required documentation from relevant parties
- Preparing lender presentations
- Managing the funding process
- Liaising with borrowers, CMHC and lenders
