- To instruct a broad range of courses within the School of Business, from lower-level to upper-level capstone courses, to a wide range of students, including international students. Instructors may be expected to teach not only Project Management, but also general management courses such as Introduction to Management, Organizational Behaviour or Business Policy and Strategy. Each course requires competencies that are unique to the discipline and qualified project managers with any area of generalist business experience are encouraged to apply.
- Faculty are expected to participate fully in all department meetings, plus committee and administrative work. The School of Business offers courses each term (Fall, Spring and Summer), and requires instructors to be available to teach throughout the Summer term. The commitment level for this position will be met over 3 terms.-
**What you’ll bring**

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- A Master’s Degree or higher in any field; and
Either
- Relevant training equivalent to 15 semester credit hours of academic or continuing education at the graduate level or equivalent, in relation to learning outcomes associated with project management
OR
- Three years industry experience in the last 10 years covering diverse areas of project management;
OR
- Three years of teaching experience in the last 10 years in relation to learning outcomes associated with project management courses.

**Assets**
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Ph.D. or earned Doctorate
- Provincial Instructor Diploma Program (PDIP), Certification in University Teaching, Credential/Experience in online teaching or equivalent
- Experience/Knowledge of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion principles in an educational environment.
- Indigenous lived experience
