As the Airport Operations Manager, you will be the captain of efficiency, safety, and seamless customer service. Join us as we redefine the skies and set the course for unparalleled success.

As an Airport Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing operational activities across the organization and strategizing and ensuring a smooth-running operation of the Indigo portfolio of airports. Your role will be to increase revenue, manage expenses, as well as maximize and offer the highest level of service to our clients. In this role you will be promoting collaborations between departments and directly overseeing and leading the local operations team.

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Responsible for developing client relationships, business retention and increasing overall profitability
- Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreements between Indigo and our clients
- Overall responsibility for projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operations
- Overseeing the month end process including month end invoicing for all locations as required
- Financial and operational reports as required; assist with budget preparation, stock audit and control, purchase, and expense approvals
- Managing, planning, scheduling, training, and directing the activities of their team
- In collaboration with the human resources department, the OM is responsible for hiring, terminations, and providing progressive discipline when required
- Ensuring payroll accuracy
- Additional duties as assigned

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with concentration in Business or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational or sales role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Experience in managing and negotiating service contracts
- Experience in client relationship management and employee development/coaching
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving targets
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize workload to achieve results in a constantly changing environment
- Excellent business writing skills (English) and effective verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong business presence with ability to multi-task and effectively deal with competing priorities.
- Proficiency of MS Office
- Travel will be required at 20%
