We have great guests, superb products and thrive on classic technique. But we need YOU to bring it all together.

You’re vocal and everyone can hear you. You love the service industry and making people happy is natural and typical for you., You’re good with hip-hop, rap music and metal, (+ some pop-hits) And you’re not afraid to play it loud.

Start your mornings with a fun and cappuccino (creative) way to earn. Work till 4pm and you’re done Enough time to head out to the gym, go the mall, or even back to sleep

It’s cortado (consistent) and you run the show You gotta have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of barista and serving experience. We have a full menu of great coffee beverages, and we serve a modern menu.

Passion, knowledge, energeticall that stuff; you know the flat white, (drill). Basically, we want you to be awesome Fast, clean and know how to make decisions like the Captain of a Starship. You do not need to ask, because you can figure it out.

You ARE productive and efficient and understand tech so, you don’t con panna (chatter) away at everyone you serve. Guests feel your authenticity AND authority.

If you aspire to exceed double long espresso (expectations), come to work with a pen, understand checklists, and can texture milk like a magician, love great food, have been told you look like an octopus when you work, then Grounded, Carling is the place for you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and classic + creative alcoholic beverages.
- Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and loudly
- Familiarity with food service or restaurant industry practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 17 - 24 per week
