TLC offers over 20,000 certified reference standards from stock and we add approximately 2000 new standards yearly. Our product line includes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), drug impurities, amino acid/peptide drug standards, metabolite standards, as well as their stable isotope labelled analogues.

**Major Responsibilities**:
- Recording orders received from customers to the Order Management System as well as physical monthly binders.
- Recording information on new customers and keeping customers' databases up to date.
- Entering the information required to release orders.
- Generating documents required to ship packages.
- Preparing and reviewing Certificate of Analysis.
- Reviewing, assembling and preparing documents required for order packing.
- Preparing the weighing area and equipment for daily weighing (this include but not limited to: cleaning benches, daily balance calibration, adjusting room temperature and humidity, maintaining supplies).
- Weighing samples carefully and accurately with analytical balance.
- Receiving and storing materials and samples received from suppliers.
- Preparing Packages for shipments as required.
- Filing purchase orders, certificate of analysis and invoices.
- Creating electronic copies of Certificate of Analysis.
- Providing sales with Proforma Invoice or invoice and any other documents required to facilitate sale of products.
- Assisting and providing customers with documents required to facilitate custom clearance.
- Sending invoices to customers through the appropriate means.
- And other related duties required.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor in Science in Chemistry or its equivalents
- High attention to quality and details
- Well organized, detail oriented and able to work under strict deadlines
- Able to work in a team and achieve results as a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Able to adapt and make appropriate judgement to sudden change in daily workflow or work procedure.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Offices programs (especially Word and Excel)
