Framer/carpenter

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our team. The Framer will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings and structures using various materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications
- Build and assemble wooden structures such as walls, floors, and doorframes
- Operate heavy equipment for tasks such as lifting and moving materials
- Repair and restore existing structures as needed
- Collaborate with carpenters, concrete finishers, and other construction professionals
- Install siding, drywall, and other finishing materials

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Framer or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with carpentry tools and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 2 years (preferred)
