Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a QA Analyst.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a key point of contact for all QA related matters in a development setting, providing QA services, and conducting manual and automated testing on multiple points of view.
- Support IT efficiency by, configuring, administering, maintaining, and upgrading computer networks, management systems and database servers in accordance with the company’s needs and values.
- Utilize checklists to ensure development is faultless.
- Troubleshoot tickets issued by agents and/or head office employees.
- Assist in creating new platforms to enhance company overall performance.
- Partake in meetings with development team to create and enhance tools used on company platforms.
- Search for logical or visual errors and identify cause.
- Prioritize tasks accordingly based on urgency and/or deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-5+ years experience in Quality Assurance Test Practices required
- 1+ year of coding considered a strong asset.
- 1+ year of UX design considered an asset.
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
- Ability to set and manage competing priorities.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to handle stressful situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
