Custodia is a fast-growing platform that provides home management services, combining both in-house staff and skilled contractors across cities. In new markets, we rely exclusively on contractors to deliver our services. Our mission is to provide outstanding service to customers while creating sustainable business partnerships with contractors.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Manager of Contractor Relations** to lead the growth and management of our contractor network. This key leadership role will focus on recruiting, training, and developing strong partnerships with both individual contractors and contractor businesses. As the primary liaison between Custodia and our contractor partners, you will ensure consistency in service quality, support local operations, and drive the success of our contractor program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contractor Recruitment & Onboarding**: Lead efforts to recruit qualified contractors, including individuals and businesses, to meet service demand in new and existing markets. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure contractors are well-prepared to represent Custodia’s standards.
- **Training & Development**:Develop and manage training programs to maintain service quality across all contractor engagements. Ensure contractors are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver consistent customer experiences.
- **Relationship Management**:Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and business partners. Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships through regular communication and support.
- **Operational Support**:Collaborate with City Managers to monitor contractor performance and provide operational support. Address any issues, concerns, or feedback that arise in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth collaboration.
- **Contractor Performance Monitoring**:Implement systems for tracking contractor performance, ensuring service quality and adherence to Custodia’s standards. Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to increase contractor efficiency and satisfaction.
- **Strategy & Expansion**:Develop and execute strategies to scale contractor operations as Custodia expands into new cities. Identify key areas for growth and innovation within the contractor program.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:5+ years of experience in contractor management, vendor relations, or operations, preferably in home services, construction, or similar industries. Experience managing a remote or distributed workforce is a plus.
- **Leadership**:Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, set strategic goals, and drive results. Experience overseeing recruitment and training functions is highly desirable.
- **Communication & Relationship Building**:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including individual contractors and business partners.
- **Problem-Solving**:Proven track record of addressing operational challenges and implementing practical solutions to enhance contractor performance.
- **Tech Savvy**:Familiarity with contractor management software and platforms (such as HubSpot and other CRM systems) is a plus.
