**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Crew Lead to join our team. In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for leading a crew of landscape gardeners and laborers to ensure the successful completion of projects. Under your guidance, the crew will perform a variety of physical tasks to maintain outdoor spaces and fulfill client requests. From providing instruction and guidance to coordinating work schedules, your leadership will contribute to creating beautiful landscapes and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a crew of landscape gardeners and laborers, providing guidance, instruction, and support.
- Work within Occupational Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and the team.
- Assign tasks to crew members, ensuring their timely and efficient completion.
- Clean and maintain all work areas, including job sites, ensuring they are tidy and free from debris once work is completed.
- Complete assigned tasks in a safe manner, following instructions provided by the crew lead.
- Report any unsafe situations or hazards to the management promptly.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning tools and equipment to the management for repair or replacement.
- Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, meeting quality standards set by the company.
- Utilize handheld manual and power equipment for various landscape maintenance tasks. - Perform tasks such as tree trimming, shrub and hedge maintenance, weeding, cultivating garden beds, trimming, and edging as required.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members to enhance their skills and productivity.

**Minimum Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- High attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in various environments, including with clients and team members.
- Able to work both independently and in a team dynamic, collaborating effectively with others.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required.
- Truck and trailer experience is a must-have.

**Physical Effort**:

- May be required to perform physical lifts up to 50 lbs, or 75 lbs in a two-person lift.
- Extended periods of time spent standing, squatting, kneeling, and walking.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
