**Personal Lines Producer - Insurance**

Make your mark as a top Sales Producer in a growing industry. In this high-volume sales role, you will use your Personal Insurance expertise to produce new business, while ensuring your customers have the coverage they need. This is a remote position, reporting to the Digital Sales Manager.

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Target new business and digital sales leads opportunities
- Support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services, ensuring accurate data, coverage amounts and endorsements
- Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service
- Quote new business through outbound calls and walk-in clients
- Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
- Prospect and up-sell when talking to customers on all lines of business sold
- Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

- Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience

Hours: Full Time, Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours/week within Digital Sales team operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm (MST) and select Saturdays 9:00am - 4:30pm (MST) and occasionally Statutory Holidays 9:00am - 5:00pm (MST)
